Event Cost

The Event Cost is broken down into 3 different line items: Food (priced per guest), Service Charges, and Applicable Taxes (such as the Meals Tax).

Service Charges
|
|
Service Charges are per meal period and are dependent on the size of your crew. The service charge pricing structure is based on a 4 hour turn around time. Any shoot that exceeds the 4 hour turn around time will be surcharged $40 per hour per staff person.

|
Guest Count, Time, and Location
|
|
The Minimum Guest Count and Location are required 24 hours prior to the event. Final bills will be based on the guaranteed minimum guest count; any increases will be reflected in the final bill. Time can be changed up to 12 hours prior to service; we understand the sensitivity of time. Please keep in mind that for location shoots, we require access to Breakfast and Lunch areas 1 hour prior to the First Call Time. For all events requiring staff, a minimum of 20 guests is necessary.

Payment

|
Payment is expected upon receipt of service in the form of a Company Check, Cash, MasterCard, or Visa unless arrangements are made prior to the event.
