Our experience in planning successful catered events has prompted us
to share some suggestions when considering the details of you party.
Whether you are hosting an elegant cocktail reception, wedding,
casual party, or family celebration we are more than happy to accommodate
you.
Menu Design
Allow our professional staff to help design a menu based on you
specific food tastes and the location of your event. We will be happy
to entertain any menu ideas not found in our menu. Our goal is to
provide you with exactly what you want.
Hors D'ouvres
It has been our experience that variety is the essence to a successful
cocktail reception. We suggest offering a wide spectrum of tastes and
textures to accommodate everyone's tastes. For a cocktail hour before
a meal, consider six different hor d'ouvres. For cocktail receptions with
stationary offerings, consider ten different options. Allow our experienced
staff the opportunity to help with some of the suggestions or
seasonal specials.
Plated vs. Buffet/Station
Plated serviced is a more elegant and formal style of service. Staff costs
are significantly higher but the presentations are artistically assembled
by professional chefs. Spare requirements for kitchen or prep kitchen
are also greater. An advantage of a buffet/station service is a more
casual interactive style service where the guest makes the decision as to
exactly what they would like to eat. The decision between buffet and
plated service is up to you.

Rental Costs
Rental costs are often much greater than anticipated. Your location
will determine what is required for fiel kitchen equipment, tables,
chairs, linen, etc. All rental costs are provided ar the commercial rate.
Staff and Chef Rates
Staff costs are $174.00 per person. The service for your event includes
set-up, breakdown, and travel time, up to six hours. If the length of
your event, including set-up, breakdown, and travel exceed six hours
an hourly rate of $29.00 per hour, per staff person will be added to the
final bill. Chef rate is $200.00 per chef. Our staff is serve safe certified
and or TIPS/Barcode certified to ensure the safety of your guests.
Liquor Liability
A liquor liability fee ($16.00 per person) will be applied to the final bill.
Liquor Costs
All alcoholic beverages can be provided at cost plus 10% handling fee.
For non-alcoholic beverage service including sodas/waters/juices/mixers/
ice and set up, an additional cost can be furnished upon client
request.
